For Blue Waters, based in New York, we implemented a data-driven livestream strategy that combined audience insights with creative execution. By analyzing the creator’s follower profiles, we refined the product portfolio to better match audience preferences. We then designed unique experiments to showcase product features in engaging, memorable ways and developed customized livestream backgrounds that reflected BlueWaters’ diverse brand tones.
This personalized approach resulted in an average of $150K GMV per session, with key livestream metrics reaching at least 2x the daily average — a clear demonstration of how tailored storytelling and strategic design can elevate brand performance.
